Stormwater management & servicing study
The proposed development will change landuses and hydro logical cycle, and impact water environment. Appropriate mitigation (least abrasive) measures are required for flood control, quality control, water balance, etc. as required by municipalities and conservation authorities. In addition, site servicing strategies (sanitary flows, water demand) of the proposed development have to be assessed in consideration of existing municipal infrastructures. That’s where we come in.

traffic impact study
Through field traffic count and collection of the most recent traffic data from the municipalities,and assessment of field trip generation as a result of future development, intersection capacity analysis will be undertaken though traffic modeling (Synchro V8) to review the future total traffic conditions during weekday am and pm peak hours.
Traffic movement test for garbage pick-up and fire trucks will be provided.
